No, the hosting of the site is not included in the package.
However, we offer an accommodation option with a secure solution for your events, with a rate on request.

The 10% commission is charged on each vote and ticket sold.
This means that for each transaction carried out via the online voting or ticketing system, Royal Vote takes a commission from 10% of the total amount. For example, if a ticket is sold at 20€, Royal Vote will take 2€ 10% of 20€).

Yes, you can customize the One-Page page according to your needs.
With the packs Pack One and Pro Pack, you have the possibility to change the design, colors, add your logo, and much more. However, this customization is limited to a single page. If you need further customization or multiple pages, we recommend you refer to the service Complete Event Pack, which offers a total customization of the site.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you choose a monthly subscription, you can cancel it at the end of each billing cycle. For an annual subscription, you can cancel at the end of the year, but no refunds will be made for the period already paid. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions before proceeding with the cancellation.

Free trial is only available for One and Pro Packs.
The Complete Event Pack being a tailor-made solution with a flat rate, it does not include free trial. However, we can organize a personalized demonstration to help you better understand how this works before you commit.
